Considered a master of his craft, the artist known as Buffalo, uses traditional techniques to handcraft timeless contemporary pieces such as this one-of-a-kind cuff. Forged from a single coin silver ingot, it displays Buffalo's skillful custom stamp work, artful repoussé and rosette detailing as well as his use of fine, high-quality stones like the Ithaca Peak turquoise chosen as the cuff's focal point. Slide 1: JOCK FAVOUR TURQUOISE CUFF
Using a time-honored technique, Jock Favour hand-forged this cuff, repeatedly heating, cooling, hammering and shaping a coin silver ingot and setting it with five Fox turquoise cabochons selected for their rich range of color. A one-of-a-kind pendant recalls the Native American thunderbird and soars on a necklace handcrafted by Arizona artist Peter Hester.
