Shipping and Handling
Our packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or through freight carriers for oversized items such as furniture. Expedited orders ship the same day if received by 3 pm Mountain Time. Standard delivery orders normally take 6-10 business to be delivered.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.
Standard Delivery (contiguous states only)
Standard delivery for jewelry-only orders is 5-7 business days and is a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping and handling. Faster delivery is available for an additional $3 for 2nd Day Air service, $13 for overnight service and $17 for priority overnight service. If your jewelry merchandise total is over $1,000 we will waive the shipping and handling costs. If you choose Overnight Delivery, additional charges will apply. Please enter a physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Second Day Delivery
Add $9.95 to shipping and handling charges for packages up to 15 lbs. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. With this option your package will be delivered by the end of two business days if your order is placed before 3 p.m. Mountain Time (excluding holidays). Add $13.00 to the standard shipping and handling charges for packages up to 15 lbs. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. With this option your package will be delivered by the end of the following business day if your order is placed before 3 p.m. Mountain time (Excluding Holidays).
For next day a.m. service, express or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USA Possessions, and foreign countries please call Customer Service at 1-800-422-2770 or contact us in Live Chat for pricing and details. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any US Possessions will incur an additional $10 processing fee for any expedited service and may take an additional 24 hours to arrive.
Orders placed by 3:00 p.m., Mountain Time are eligible for Saturday delivery. The Saturday delivery option is an additional $27 and is not available in some locations. Eligibility is determined at checkout or by contacting a customer service representative.
Furniture and Large Item Orders
Due to the large size and weight of furniture shipments, most pieces are shipped by a freight company. You will be notified by mail 2-3 weeks before delivery, and the carrier will contact you by phone to set up a 4 hour window for the appointment. Deliveries are Monday through Friday. These shipments are delivered through your doorway. Because home furnishings, rugs, lamps and other large items are heavier and bulkier than most, shipping costs are higher. A delivery surcharge has been added to these items; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the product price in our catalog and as "Additional Shipping" in the description of each applicable item on our website and is in addition to the order shipping charges.
All shipping rates apply to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states; shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, US Possessions and foreign countries require a quote. Certain delivery areas may require an additional cost and may have specific days for delivery. Assembly is available for an additional charge.
