Retail Buyer

Job Overview:

The Retail Buyer is responsible for all facets of product selection, assortment, and building vendor relationships in the category. Works closely with the Senior Director and merchandising team to ensure selection and vision meets the high standards of quality and authenticity of the brand as well as item count and margin. Accountable for category performance, quality, uniqueness and price value relationship while adhering to the company’s merchandise process and calendar. Develops business strategies that maximize the development of the brand, sales and gross margin in the home category in our retail division.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify a mix of products by season that ensure the Sundance aesthetic is delivered and tells a cohesive product story within our retail stores
  • Maintain relationships, resolve issues, and conduct negotiations with vendors as necessary (domestic and overseas)
  • Follow a strict assortment plan and operate within the strict guidelines of the merchandising process and calendar
  • Implement and execute the plan to assure that ultimate performance meets the sales, margin and profitability to space expectations for the home category in the retail division

Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the financial growth and profitability of all paid and organic ecommerce initiatives set out in corporate objectives. This person is the catalyst for driving profitable revenue growth, maintaining cost budgets, and identifying new customer acquisition opportunities. In partnership with ecommerce and off-line marketing strategies, provide a best in class customer experience that reflects the quality of the Sundance Brand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the day to day functions of the Sundance ecommerce programs, including: SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Retargeting, Pinterest, Display, and Comparison Shopping Engines.
  • Support monthly and annual revenue goals for ecommerce programs while strictly adhering to cost budgets.
  • Oversee and maintain ecommerce internal and external partner relationships

Marketing Analyst

Job Overview:

The Marketing Analyst will provide the foundation for actionable insights into customer behavior through reporting infrastructure, allowing senior management to create tactical strategies to drive sales and profit. In addition, this position will assist with customer file segmentation, campaign workflows, development of standardized reports and campaign support and Quality Control.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the marketing database including data flow and internal business rules.
  • Support all campaign processes including implementation of new data quality checks. Assist with all data procedures involved in each campaign

Job Overview:

The Production Artist is responsible for the execution of electronic production and ensure that design elements are consistently applied. Work with all stages of electronic production for the catalog and will be directly responsible for the accuracy of the catalog.

Job Overview:

This position is responsible to fill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Storage Associate

Job Overview:

This position may be asked to respond to needs in all aspects of inventory operations, including the receipt, storage and accounting of inventory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the unloading of arriving trucks and containers, verifying number of cartons, noting deviations and working with drivers to ensure driver paperwork is accurate
  • Prints receiving paperwork, verifies unit counts and makes note of deviations

Assistant Jewelry Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an individual to assist us as we open our newest retail store in Alpharetta, GA. The Assistant Jewelry Manager partners with the store management team to drive store sales by offering outstanding customer service, persistent attention to detail in supervising the jewelry department and general support to the management team. Train the staff in jewelry product knowledge including making them aware of new items, top sellers, and special artisans while focusing on their unique relationship to Sundance. Guard the jewelry assets and maintain company policy on inventory control and loss prevention as it relates to the jewelry area. Manage jewelry inventory cycle counts on a regular basis. Assist the management team in store opening, closing and general floor supervision as scheduled and needed. Consistently demonstrate and uphold the Sundance culture with the utmost integrity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service/Sales
  • Lead by example by providing excellent customer service to customers
  • Act as the manager on duty on the sales floor when scheduled.
  • Develop the customer sales book of jewelry customers.
  • Listen to customers and uses their feedback to improve service levels in the jewelry area but with a focus on the store in general.
