I went to the Sundance Store at Park Meadows and received great customer service. I wish I remembered the associate's name but will stop back at the store so she receives proper acknowledgement. The store didn't have the Blunnies in my size so my associate told me that if the warehouse had them, they would ship to my house free of charge. After checking, the warehouse did and arrived 2 days later. The Blunnies are great boots, extremely comfortable. Wonderful experience and will definately be shopping there over the holidays. Thanks again for the great customer service on both ends!
