Already has a "bubble"

Love the necklace --however, after 1 week wearing it 2 or 3 times I noticed there is already some kind of "bubble" in the crystal as if it is shattering from the inside. At first I thought there was a nick but there are no scratches on the front or back. Right now it is tiny and not that noticeable --I am just hoping it isn't just the start of things to come.
