This ring is BEAUTIFUL, i love the tone, finish, organic shape etc, but it does indeed turn your finger green, and in only a few days at that. I tried the clear nail polish on the inside, and it worked for a week or so, but then started to create black spots on the inside of the ring (tarnish??), and would have to be reapplied often if you wore it regularly. I wanted to use it as a wedding band but it would never hold up. There are possibilities for dipping it in another metal, or coating the inside with a different metal, but it will still indeed rub a little on outside fingers and turn them green (though to a MUCH lesser extent).

Love this ring, but it will turn your finger green

I REALLY like this organic style ring, but because it's brass, it turned my finger green. I ended up returning it and exchanging it for something different. I don't think the clear nail polish trick will work for this ring. You could put it on the inside of the ring, but the outside is brass too and will turn your other fingers green. You could put the nail polish on the entire ring - inside and outside - but then you might lose the brushed finish look. Again, I really like this ring, it looks like the picture, it's nice and lightweight, but because it's brass it turned my finger green immediately.
