I received this necklace as a gift last December, after 3 months the clasp for the heart and peace sign broke. I brought it into the store and it was replaced without a problem. About 3 months later the new necklace broke in the same place. This time the store did not have any in stock but they connected me with the catalog and a new one was sent. Now I limit how much I wear the necklace as I'm afraid it will break again. I love the necklace itself, it sits perfectly and is simple, plus it has sentimental value. The design is less than stellar. Sundance customer service is fantastic.
