no sparkle or glimmer

Received this ring as a gift after hinting that I wanted it. I ended up being super disappointed since the diamonds are barely visible at all, i realize they are "pinprick" diamonds, however I thought there would be some hint of sparkle since there are stones all the way around. Basically this is a really thin matte finish silver band.
