Not worth it for half off!

I bought this thinking it would be a nice addition to my everyday jewelry wardrobe.
I didn't expect it to be stunning, but when I received it, I was completely taken aback with how small it was! It was nothing like I expected and I had to return it.

The outside cast of the cylinder appeared pinched when I received it and it was quite obvious in itâs over all look.
Iâve sent it back for a possible better casted one, and hope that it will look better for the high dollar figure that I paid for it, as of yet I have not received the replacement.
My daughter has been looking at this necklace for a year and a half, and I thought it would be nice as a Christmas gift for her this year. TBD.
The craftsmanship on this so far is weak for the money (300.00) !
I hope I am still not disappointed, and if so, I will be asking for a refund.

The chain on the necklace is not of good quality. There is a rough spot where the outer silver rim joins. the quality doesn't match the cost.

The beauty of this necklace is in seeing it close up. It's a very personal piece in that respect - the sort a girlfriend might pick up off your neck to examine, only to see the flowers incized in the front, the artisanal border, and last but not least, the diamonds set into it. This a necklace about quiet confidence in your uniqueness. It doesn't shout, it whispers.

I really like the piece and haven't found the chain shoddy as others have. My only complaint is that, having the texture it does, it tarnishes very quickly. I have to wipe it with anti-tarnish cleaner (liquid) every couple of weeks, and am a little worried about disturbing the diamonds.
