not quite what we expected...

I was helping my step dad pick out some moonstone jewelry for my mom for their 13th wedding anniversary and we settled on this ring. The stone itself has a huge noticeable crack through it and the silver portion looks too much like fashion jewelry, as opposed to genuine sterling. I was expecting the filigree-looking portion to be more ornate, but it looks chunky and unappealing. Now granted, I am not familiar with the supposed clarity of moonstone, but our stone's imperfection is just too noticeable to overlook. We will be exchanging it for something else. The earrings that we purchased are beautiful though, the 'faceted moonstone earrings', highly recommended. The shipping was extremely fast and dependable.

Customer service was excellent. The representative I spoke to was very courteous and knowledgeable. The item was shipped in a timely manner and was received within the shipping guidlines. The tracking information was accurate and the product was recieved on the stated delivery day. I will definitely deal with Sundance in the future.
