This ring in person is much like previous reviewers mentioned, disappointing. Its pretty enough, it's teeny and delicate with a bit of sparkle. However, the middle stone is so light in color it's nearly clear, not aquamarine. A few of the diamond chips are rough and have jagged edges that stick out. Due to the light color of the middle stone, most people that compliment on it assume it is an engagement ring. When I first got this ring I wore it everyday for about a year and it only took a couple weeks for the silver and stones to dull. I've tried cleaning it every possible way and whilst the silver cleans okay, the stones are particularly difficult to clean. The setting of the center stone makes it nearly impossible to clean behind the stone. After 3 years the center stone has turned almost a dirty yellow green with some sort of growth on the inside of the setting that I cannot remove. This makes the stone look even dirtier to the point that I no longer wear the ring. It's a shame too, because this ring and its reason for it being a gift means a lot to me. I just think that for what my sister paid and what the price has now been raised to, that it ought to be of better quality.

I bought this for a graduation gift, the picture in the catalog was so impressive, exactly what I was looking for; subtle, delicate, pretty.
When I received the ring I was less than wowed, it was so silver that you can hardly see the diamonds, and the blue stone could be a clear stone. I am concerned how the silver will wear over time in contrast to the diamonds. It does not look enough like the picture in short. Graduation has not talken place yet, so this ring may get exchanged. The thought was there.
