Received my boots today. Footbed comfortable right out of box. I was told to size up a half of size when ordering, I normally wear a 71/2 B, I ordered an 8. I honestly think I could have worn the 71/2, because the heal slips a little without a little thicker sock on and starts to rub a bit around the back of foot there. But I will wear around in house this week and see if it stops, if not will send back for 71/2. Otherwise, love the look and feel! These boots will last forever and are made well:)

Great Boots!

Once broken in, these boots are extremely comfortable and go nicely with everything from jeans to skirts. Wore them for a week walking around Italy, and even on cobblestones, they were cushy. Wear with long socks or tights if you get them in black, though - color will rub off on your skin, and the stitching can rub at the top.

Bought these for my daughter, she loves them. Quality will last you for years. Her grandfather immediately admired them and reminisced on his pair that he wore for decades back in his day of being a flight engineer with the Air Force.

Love the look, hate the fit

I absolutely cannot fault these boots for looks, sturdiness, and work/play suitability, but my poor feet suffer every time I give in to the recurrent desire to WEAR THEM ANYWAY!!! It's not the boots' fault that they don't fit. I simply have long, narrow, very flexible feet, so I'm writing this review to let other people with similar feet know that they're probably not suited for your feet. I've tried double socks and multiple insoles but nothing really works. But if you decide to order them anyway just in case they might work, I don't blame you. I didn't send them back, but I basically never wear them.
