Swiss Army Watch

I've looked at this watch for oh, at least 4 years now. I kept passing it up, telling myself I didn't need such a pricey timepiece. I also looked extensively online to see if I could find this on some other site for less. Nada. Other versions, yes. This exact one, no.

Finally I decided to take the leap and all I can say is, I shouldn't have waited!! This is a charming watch! It's vintage-looking and casual and dressy, all at the same time. It's not a light watch but not too heavy either...I don't like those giant oversized watches that teens wear now that are as heavy as their grandfather's watch. This one has a good feel on the wrist. It's perfect.

From reading other reviews, I expected the link band would be big and it was. Took it my jewelry store and they took out a couple of links ($5 charge). I didn't want it super tight, just fitting enough that the watch face doesn't flop around.. Victorinox is a well respected company and I'm confident that this watch will serve me well for years. It is gorgeous.

Her long wait is over

My wife has waited for this watch for years. I was finally in a place where I could end her wait. It was the only gift under the tree on Christmas Eve--before the elves began there work. Away from the kids and the madness that would follow in the next 12 hours, my wife opened the Sundance Gift Box and was overwhelmed. She said she had secretly hoped that the box contained the watch but didn't want to get her hopes up.
It is a stunningly simple and classic time piece. Looks good at the grocery store and out at dinner and most importantly it helps keep my wife on time. She loves it.

Best purchase ever!

I have looked at this watch for over a yr. Loved the red face, which is what attracted me in the first place. My husband wanted to buy it for me when I retired in Aug, but again put it off. Kept going back and looking at it, and he bought it for me for Christmas 2 wks ago. Was not disappointed, and I did heve to take it to jewler to have it adjusted,. Luv, Luv my watch. Dont hesitate to purchase!!!!
