Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the financial growth and profitability of all paid ecommerce initiatives set out in corporate objectives. This person is the catalyst for driving profitable revenue growth, maintaining cost budgets, and identifying new customer acquisition opportunities. In partnership with ecommerce and off-line marketing strategies, provide a best in class customer experience that reflects the quality of the Sundance Brand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the day to day functions of the Sundance ecommerce programs, including: SEM, Affiliates, Retargeting and Comparison Shopping Engines.
  • Support monthly and annual revenue goals for ecommerce programs while strictly adhering to cost budgets.
  • Oversee and maintain ecommerce internal and external partner relationships.
  • Establish, maintain and adhere to the marketing calendar.
  • Maintain and improve website analytics.
  • Build custom reporting dashboards and executive reports using Adobe Marketing Cloud (Omniture) and Tableau.
  • Manage ecommerce reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual level with insight provided to executive team on issues and opportunities.
  • Manage the collaborative process between ecommerce needs and IT.
  • Achieve 12 month buyer file growth targets through online acquisition strategies that meet acceptable LTV and expense ratio goals.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

  • A minimum of five years in an ecommerce marketing role, financial forecasting and management of budgets preferred.
  • Direct Marketing background preferred.
  • Four year college degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Proven track record of success in a rapidly growing environment.
  • A unique blend of both highly creative and analytical skillsets.

Other Skills:

  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Microsoft Excel skills for in depth analytics.
  • In depth knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud (Omniture).
  • The ability to self-start and manage tasks from inception to completion.
  • Previous relationships with ecommerce vendors preferred.

Senior Web Application Developer

Job Overview:

Manages all aspects of internal and externally-facing websites including codebase, data, user support and day-to-day operations. Works well with in-house and third party resources to implement new functionality and features. Follows approved life cycle methodologies and performs application development and testing with regards to best practices, maintenance and extensibility. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish a variety of tasks and goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new web applications, functionality and features based on design requests and campaign initiatives from the Creative Services and Marketing departments.
  • Manage web databases to ensure data integrity and consistency across various websites and applications.
  • Research and fix any reported website problems including code errors, data integration issues and any other concerns which prevent smooth operation of web systems.
  • Use administrative applications to manage e-commerce content, customers, orders, products, and promotion details.
  • Integrate existing systems with emerging technologies to enhance site performance, feature offerings and overall website functionality.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of object-oriented Java development, J2EE and knowledge of JVM technology.
  • Experience using Struts, Spring and Hibernate strongly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of web development, HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or related SQL database language is required.
  • Good understanding of systems integration, networking concepts and hardware configuration.

Marketing Analyst

Job Overview:

They will provide the foundation for actionable insights into customer behavior through reporting infrastructure, allowing senior management to create tactical strategies to drive sales and profit. In addition, they will assist with customer file segmentation, campaign workflows, development of standardized reports and campaign support and QC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the marketing database including data flow and internal business rules.
  • Support all campaign processes including implementation of new data quality checks. Assist with all data procedures involved in each campaign.
  • Work proactively with Marketing Manager to improve segmentation workflow in Adobe Campaign management tool. Optimize productivity, reduce campaign time and enhance overall results.
  • Work to improve and automate processes for offer and source code set up.
  • Manage day to day processes for all Catalog mailings.
  • Provide foundation for analytics for marketing campaigns with concentration in outlined KPIs.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis as business dictates. Create SQL queries to build Tableau reporting.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 4 Year undergraduate degree required
  • MS SQL experience a must
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus in Excel
  • Very detailed oriented

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Understanding of direct marketing a plus
  • Understanding of campaign management systems such as Adobe Campaign a plus
