Director of Marketing and Circulation Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA in Marketing and Management preferred

Director of Marketing and Circulation Responsibilities

Email and Social Marketing Associate

Reports To:

The Director of Ecommerce and works in direct partnership with the Vice President of Merchandising, Director of Marketing, Creative Production, Inventory Management and IT.

Summary:

The Email and Social Marketing Associate is responsible for leading the implementation, quality and reporting of the email process as well as the continued growth of the Sundance social presence. This person is the catalyst for driving email and social revenue growth, reporting, department collaboration and providing a best in class customer experience that reflects the voice of the Sundance Brand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the day to day functions of the Sundance email and social media programs.

  • Participates in monthly staff meetings: current with sales trends and goals, new product information, enhanced selling techniques, seasonal promotions, and individual recognition.

  • Ensures all visual, operational, and safety policies and procedures are followed and executed in a timely manner.
  • Teaches and enforces loss prevention tactics on sales floor.
