Our Product Story
Georgette is a sheer, lightweight fabric, made of silk or a synthetic fiber such as polyester. It is soft and drapeable, with a lightly pebbled, crêpe texture. Most often used in blouses, dresses, skirts, evening wear and lingerie.
Velvet is a warp pile fabric with short, closely woven cut pile which gives the fabric a rich, soft texture. The pile of this fabric was originally made of silk but is now also made of cotton, man-made fibers and combinations of these fibers. It is produced in a wide range of constructions and types.
